In this specialist health accommodation facility designed to cater for the needs of people with dementia, there are 27 one bedroom and 3 two bedroom apartments. All apartments are self-contained and include an en-suite shower room, lounge/dining area and fitted kitchen. The communal facilities include two tenant lounges for entertainment and activities, a quiet room opening onto a courtyard garden, laundry facilities, a hairdressing salon and a potting shed. Cullingtree Meadows was nominated for the 2018 Construction Excellence Awards (NI) for the best Health-Infrastructure project.

Services provided include LTHW systems, a gas-fired boiler system, ventilation, Heat Recovery systems, space Heating, under-floor heating, pump installation, cold water storage, sanitary-ware and fully-automated BMS Wiring installation.
