Ravara Court Dementia Unit in Bangor Provides a much-needed facility for people with dementia, and also for the frail and elderly. The building consists of a three-storey with 24 residential units. Staff/communal rooms are also catered for in the building. 

Services provided include LTHW systems, a gas-fired boiler system, ventilation, under-floor heating, pump installation, sanitary-ware and fully-automated BMS Wiring installation.
